2016 IEEE CSICS has contracted a special rate for the conference:

Single/Double $179

These rates are available until the deadline of September 30, 2016. Afterwards, rooms will be on a space available basis and at possibly higher rates. Check-in time is 3 PM or later and the check-out time is 12 noon.

Move-in Monday, October 24 11:00am - 4:00pm
Move-out Tuesday, October 25 3:30pm - 7:00pm


All exhibits must be fully installed by 4:00pm on Monday, October 24.

Exhibitor Services

Please note: your booth includes: a 8’X10’ draped booth space for duration of exhibition (Monday & Tuesday), 6ft table, two chairs, 500 Watt/120 v power drop and complimentary WIFI in the exhibition area.

On-Site Registration
On-site registration is located on the main level in the Pre-function space outside of the Phoenix Ballroom Sunday through Wednesday at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Austin.
